- Products must be in the same condition as when you received them
- All original tags and labels must be attached

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Deluxe Foil Samples (single-use products)
- Exfoliants (opened containers due to contamination concerns)
- Masks (opened packages)
- Any products that have been opened, used, or tested

Refund Processing
Once your return is approved, we will initiate your refund:
